Which character is more handycap? Valk or Octane?
Tough one, both are for n00bs and clearly they are if they pick it in ranked, but its a good question, who is more of a n00b player by picking either?

Isn't Octane like Meta people are touting. I do agree Octane is a solid noob pick due to people wanting to run faster and then it becomes a game of chase with the Octane a lot of the time. Valk I'm not sure but some players that know how to play height advantage may be able to master it.
