Which Legend Should I Buy Next

I'm a new player. I've been playing about a month. I've ground out enough levels to purchase two Legends already and I got Valk and Rev. Now I have enough to buy another but not sure which one I should get. I let my son buy the Champions Edition on his Switch so I've played with a few of them but not enough to get a feel, really.

Right now I'm between Horizon, Octane, Fuse (haven't played), or Caustic.

I'm not a good enough player to even have a style, really. I'm still figuring out what to do/how to survive a drop. I can say that I'm not a good movement player, really. I do much better with Bloodhound or Bang than with Wraith, Path, etc.

About three or four years from now, he'll pick Loba for an entirely different reason lol. That development is funny. I play Overwatch off and on with my 11 YO daughter, and we played recently for the first time in a while. She observed for the first time that Dva is an "e-girl" and that Widowmaker is intended to be "sexy." She just literally didn't make the connection before.
