Why am I not getting credit for kills?

Tonight in a pubs match a lifeline fired at me in a stairwell on e district, I took cover around the corner and while she was reloading I emptied a volt clip on her and knocked her, then held x to do...

    @hayhor not sure, at the top of the stairs my teammate was taking on the other 2 outside, but maybe without me knowing she fired down the stairs somehow. It seemed like I was the only one shooting though, weird.
