Why can’t I invite my gf on PC

So what the hell am I supposed to do now, I’ve played Apex on ps5 and switched to pc using the same account, I invite my friends but they don’t have me so they search my pc name and boom that’s it, but I didn’t have them on EA, so now I tried playing with my gf which I literally have as a friend on EA and I just can’t find her. She sends my pc name an invite and I just don’t get anything from her, but my other friends on ps5 seem to work fine, what the hell do I do. As seen on the pictures, she shows up as my friend but does not show up at all on friends list
