Why can I one clip all 3 targets in training yard with ease but

if an enemy is literally in front of me only 3/20 bullets hit?  The rest of the bullets magically disappear or what is going on? The moment an enemy slightly moves the bullet can no longer connect ...

@Shertgun 17 shots of no reg? Surely you have this as a video?

I have moments too where I swear I shot someone. Then I watch it back and realize nope I whiffed completely.

I really hope that this is not the case. If it is I take full blame.

I will record my gameplay from now on and post and update if it happens again. If I just missed my shots I will let you  guys know.
