Why can't I just talk to customer support?

EA is the most financially successful entertainment company on the planet, how can they not afford to have a customer support staff? If you try to report an issue be it technical, account or otherwise you literally cannot. Your website is designed to send customers in circles. Even the buttons that say things like "click here to report a bug" sends to you a how-to page with no option to actually report a bug. This is not only dishonest it is disrespectful. I've spent a lot of money on this game, I should be able to get service when I have an issue. Your ai chat bot is insultingly dumb. You don't seem to employ real people. I just want to report a bug to a customer service agent but instead I have to talk to other customers who are being ignored in a forum? This is embarrassing.

    @illMacAttack It’s becoming ever so apparent that the company’s only concern is money. If they were to actually have a proper customer support team set up, individuals would actually obtain effective refunds and compensation; a company like EA can’t have that happening.

    They’ll just feign ignorance until the consumers finally come around to how crazy this all is or an investigation starts happening.

    Taught us to think carefully when playing their games in the future
    The account that I have been playing for more than 4 years was banned as a cheater.
    In the end, there was nothing left except the loss of a lot of money and time.
    You appealed and were rejected, which makes you feel pain and torture.

    yup it's all automated and EA doesn't respect their customer at all.

    just look at what happened with apex legend mobile , you should never give them any money.

    @xSTARxPOWERxI got the same email，I asked customer support for help and they didn't even respond to messages. Does EA really care about our normalman mentality？
