Being that it’s a place betwe... wait hold up... can there actually be such a place? A place between dimensions sounds illogical. I’m no quantum theorist or paranormal scholar but aren’t dimensions supposed to be like... stacks of something on top of each other. Like going from one plateau to the next without having space in between.
In any case I’ll give my theory from my dimensional & also dreamstare’s stand point. Wraith herself is in that other dimension only as a ‘visitor’. She hasn’t materialized ‘enough’ to let her pass through that door for instance because she’s still bound to her normal dimension. If she were materialized enough, she’d be stuck in that new dimension. This also explains dreamstare’s bridge view. I just made it sound more illogical and complicated

Okay but in a different dimension she can still climb up walls which doesn't make sense. She can run up a wall that's in a different dimension but can't open the doors I understand where you are coming from just the little things make no sense

2 theories to explain this.
1) Lets say she’s not entirely materialized yet. In the new dimension or bridge between dimension, what would require more kinetic energy on an object. Opening a door or climbing up stuff? Answer is opening up a door since all energy is exerted on that object that needs to move. Climbing up stuff just uses your own energy to get up something. You probably... nahhh most definitely... exert more force climbing up something but that force doesn’t need to open something, rather it’s pushed down on something stationary. (All speculation)
2) ITS A GAME XD YOU THINK THEY GONNA MAKE EVERYTHING MAKE SENSE?! XD
@BaldWraithSimp true true, you see the same but less clearly every time you activate your tactical. You see different wraiths as static doing different things... maybe there are different voids and each is it’s own dimension. I say this cause grasping the concept of a ‘dimensionless’ place is too big for me to grasp :P
- 6 years ago@Koochi-Q Also if you go mechanics-wise, if her tactical saves her from any incoming dmg in every direction, then it should also prevent her from interacting with anything in the game for the duration of her tactical.
- 6 years ago@Koochi-Q It's just a theory. Likely it's wrong. However, when you watch Voidwalker cinematic you can see that when she steps into the void(takes the portal) she could see what's happening to other wraiths in other dimensions. So clearly she isn't completely in either of the dimensions.
Maybe her device lets her harness energy to make void? Maybe she has to de-materialize to travel as you said? Since 'Void' basically means nothing, it could be an empty pocket of space between dimensions? It's there but it's not there :/ hence Void? Voila? Or it's called void because she de-materializes?
Let's just assume each explanation is a different dimension with their own version of truth and Answer HQ is the void lol.
