Why do I keep getting bronze and silver teammates in plat??

those devices got sold in the millions, but hey they caught 3000 of them ...
hard to believe with 600k Ranked Players only 0.5% using a  Controller Emu, and you can tell those devices still being used ingame

Same experience, this is so frustrating for me because I cannot push normally or communicate with them beacuse they just don't know what they are doing. (Plat 3 lobby, 18plat teams and 2 silvers in mine)

I have the same experience in pubs.  I am almost always bottom 25% of "skill distribution" and I get totally green team mates.  I had a pathfinder team mate who could not figure out how to climb a small wall.  Why do I get lumped with these guys?
