Why do people want laser sights?
Can someone explain this to me? I see speculation again about laser sights. In other games I've always ignored them because if an enemy had one it always gave their position away and they were easier...

If laser sights stood out clearly in bang smoke that would be pretty epic though, would make CQC smoke spammers useful for once lol.
@MandatoryIDtag That seems counter intuitive to mean. If you're holding the laser sight in smoke I can tell right where you are. Kind of like people that use a charge rifle.

If you can see the laser, you can track its origin, works for them and you.....so if you choose not to equip one....well you get the jist of it hehe.
@MandatoryIDtag on average during daylight, a red lazer can only be seen 25-30 yards away and a green lazer up to 100 yards. And I guess that depends on the size of the lazer, ie circumference.
Maby respawn will only have the dot appearing on a target from the pointed lazer and not light up the sky. Might only have a viable distance too.
