It was always billed as a limited time mode. They didn't take it away. It went away after the limited time was up. It will most likely come back, and possibly even come back for good. They are trying things and experimenting with things to see what works and what doesn't. What if everyone hated it, but they just threw it in as a permanent mode? Why is everybody so whiny about this game?

restricted in size, amount, or extent; few, small, or short.
In other words, not permanent. Why do people act surprised?
