Why does RESPAWN stop giving FREE Apex Packs at lvl 500?

I don't understand why they do this to devoted longtime players, here is my issue... At lvl 300 we go from getting a FREE pack every other level to 1 FREE pack every 5 levels. After reaching lvl 50...

@hayhor Yeah I get that but, it just feels like the amount of content you get from a $60 game is far more than what you get from Apex.

Considering that I've spent $200 on Apex. It feels like I get way less content than any $60 game on the market.

My point is I think at the VERY LEAST any player that reaches lvl 500 should at least be guaranteed to have 1 Heirloom.

Also I think we should be able to "sell" unlocked skins, banner frames, poses, etc, for characters we don't even play. Maybe have a way to convert them to crafting shards so we can unlock basic items for the characters we actually play.

@SILVERisSORRY Are there any true $60 games anymore? Most that charge for the game also have addon stuff just like apex. Again Apex is free. You can play it every day without spending a dime. You chose to spend $200 on a hobby, no different than spending it on an experience, food or drink you like.

I'm level 1200+ and have spent more but to me it is OK as I enjoy thousands of hours of gameplay. When I really look at it the fun per penny is a pretty good ratio compared to everything else I spend on.

    @hayhor Same here. I don’t mind spending as long as I’m having fun with it. Same goes on why I don’t judge people who buy expensive sneakers or those who choose to get a sports car instead of a toyota prius. LOL.

    As for the gambling part, I don’t buy apex packs. I only buy the skins I want and will use.

        @KarvaRauskuBuying the skins that I’ll use while supporting the devs to continue support for the game that I love is the downfall of the gaming industry? Yeah right.
