Why don't people give xp on here?

Seriously, I give xp to every single person who responds to my threads or to me. I rarely get xp from anyone. Even when people agree and reply.

I have it disabled now: Profile - Edit Profile - Preferences - XP Never thought much of the whole XP system on this site with how many people abuse it by back and forth nonsense upvotes.

So if you replied to something of my recently, my bad on not giving XP, it's because I don't have an XP button to give you any with it disabled.
