this is what aim assist does. dont think ive ever seen a mkb player hit 7 headshots in a row with an smg like this. sure i shouldnt have ran straight ahead but i dont die this fast by mkb player. and of course these guys are stakcking with 54k kills and 62k kills
got over 40 clips of being beamed by aim assist. no other online shooter has aim assist so prevalent

@NewWorld998
Aa doesn't get you head shots.
Like wtf. You guys will say anything.Not only did you slide directly at a highly skilled player, who saw you coming, with better armor and likely gear, you went through your own thermite and hardly did any moving to avoid getting shot.
You were directly in front of his gun. Crouched. And hardly moving. A highly skilled player on any platform would have gotten those head shots.
Your death had nothing to do with aa, but your own lack in skill on that front.
As for your statement about no other shooter having aa so prevalent...fornite's aa is better and that's after it got nerfed. Apexs aa has been one of the worst I've come across in shooter games.
- 3 years ago@XxColdFangxX lol no they wouldnt have. ive went against mkb players for 4 years. that ONLY happens against aim assist players
lol you really think apex has the worst aim assist? i grew up on controller. this game BY FAR has the most broken aim assist ive ever seen in my life. and dont ever say someone has more skill when they have to rely on aim assist to help them get kills. if it wasnt strong then they would all turn it off but they dont- 3 years ago
@NewWorld998
What ever helps you sleep at night kid.
Fact is, you did absolutely nothing to prevent from getting head shot like that. Proofs all in your video. Slowed it down as much as it would allow and you were literally a straight line into him.
You very much deserved that death, yet like every one who makes these post you want to blame anything but your own idiocy.Aa doesn't direct your aim to an opponents head, for someone who supposedly grew up on controller, you should know that.

@NewWorld998Sorry sir,
Most people in the forum know that I am extremely against aa because it ruins the competitive integrity. But what happened in your clip had absolutely nothing to do with aa, you just slided right into his bullets especially the first chunk of Bullets you took were only because you slided right into his crosshairs wich was on your body height at the beginning…
I played for almost 20 years on mnk and I also played controller for quite a while by now just to understand what it can do and what it can’t… and no it does not go for headshot at all, it actually pulls to body.
I still agree that aa is probably a bit to overturned currently because of the zero ms reactiontime for example but it’s not as crazy as many mnk players believe.- 3 years ago
@matzesingt pulling to body isn't really problematic, since it allows you to simply pull up to get headshot since it's already covering the majority of horizontal aiming

I'd love it if my aa actually pulled to a target like I keep hearing people talk about.

I appreciate your logical take on this.
I only play Apex on controller. So yes my opinion is biased. I’ve played competitive FPS since 2006 (Halo). I played in semi-pro tournaments for Halo and CoD.
But I 10000% agree that in a competitive setting (Ranked or MLG/ALGS, or whatever lol) there should not be a group with aim assist vs a group without aim assist, regardless of input.
Don’t get me wrong, I am STILL
ONE MILLION percent convinced that MnK is the superior method for playing FPS games, even with aim assist present. I just think that there needs to be congruence in the inputs if there are rewards on the line.
Aim assist ABSOLUTELY detracts from competitive integrity if tournaments/lobbies are comprised of controller AND MnK players.
Honestly I think it’s up to the tournament organizers to separate inputs. Because companies (EA/Respawn) really don’t care competitive integrity; they want one population/pool so they can make matches as fast as possible within reason. Their ability to do this allows them to maximize profit margins, which is the ONLY GOAL.- 3 years ago
@Axs5626Sxa5001 Props. This is the right take. Not that AA is too strong. It just doesn't belong in a competitive environment. Also that Respawn will do nothing to change this. The bottom line IS the bottom line here.
MnK support for console would be a fun fix without splitting the player pool too much. Then we could have AA lobbies and non AA lobbies.
- DankToliet3 years agoSeasoned Ace@NewWorld998 That wasn't aim assist, thats a skill issue right there. Why did you zerg aimlessly towards a Gibby with a turbocharged havoc like that?
