Why is the charge rifle allowed to be this bad?

@Biochemikas It does like no damage. Compared to any other sniper that do like 100 damage
@RockScorpion384 yes, 90 compared to 100 is barely any dmg.
Hit someone with the big boom for dmg, the small laser only ticks for 3.
slap a 300 zoom scope on it and you can snipe from the moon.
Why you ask.. because it's a hitscan and no it does not need a buff.

- @Guiltygear-Z I would like for them to buff the ticks and nerf the boom then. Make it more balanced
