    It is fixed guys, you can get your heirloom in game right now.

@ComicalMoon So it’s safe that buying the Event shard does not reset the counter ?

        Damnit you are right. Chinese and japan apex community all know about this bug. Can we get an official confirmation about the bug that resets counter from the ACE event?
