    It is fixed guys, you can get your heirloom in game right now.

@NOR1HSTAR Pal I have had 400+ packs opened, I can prove it as well. I bought 140 packs after purchasing the heirloom shards through the event, 400+140 packs means a guaranteed heirloom.
