Returning an heirloom.
One of my friends bought an heirloom on my account that I didn't want and I would like to return for the one I like, is there anything I could do?

No there is not. Be careful with who has access to your account. Learn from this
No what would stop people from buying one not liking it or getting bored and switch they would lose 1000s of dollars

It's not possible to have Heirlooms refunded.
Keep in mind that you are not allowed to share your EA Account with anyone else and that you are responsible for all activity on your account. In the future, please do make sure nobody makes use of your account to prevent these kind of mishaps from happening.
