It is fixed guys, you can get your heirloom in game right now.

Events do reset the counter. Event packs also do not count towards the 500 guarantee heirloom.

Don't you mean to say that the event DOESN'T reset the counter?

  Damnit you are right. Chinese and japan apex community all know about this bug. Can we get an official confirmation about the bug that resets counter from the ACE event?

    @IlluminousXIII Dude I lost 140 euros on this bug, some dev should fix this problem, otherwise I am going to try to make some video about this and publish it
