Will My Rank Get Reset?

So I was playing ranked [Xbox] and I was pausing a game that was updating (Modern Warfare) and either my menu was lagging a bit or I accidentally pressed A and ended up starting it. I’ve been grinding ranked the past few days ever since I started playing this season and I don’t want all that progress to be lost since it counted as whatever that dashboard glitch is. I’m concerned the devs will count it as intentional and do whatever that rank reset thing that’s a punishment (I’m unsure what it is).
