Will old milestone event skins return like the final fantasy skins?

I'm just wondering if the final fantasy, cobalt altar, and the space bounty event skins will ever come to the shop. I'm so disappointed I never got the really sick havoc and nemesis skin from the fin...

@Reaper48YT Its possible, although the Final Fantasy event seemed like it was a one time only event as it was said that after the event, the Buster Sword would no longer be obtainable, (and its not in the Heirloom/Mythic shop either).
