It's still a viable weapon to use and I still use it and all my shots connect, fire rate is what its suppose to be.

I think he said 'delay' as in the recoil/time to take another shot after firing one; I honestly think its an okay weapon, toward end game, it gets bad, justify some dude charging at you with a maxed out R-99 whilst your popping 50 damage every 3 seconds occasionally missing a shot or two.
It's heavy duty pistol dealing 45 per body shot....it's not meant to be spam triggered, that would be silly.

@BaldWraithSimp That thing was a nightmare. Had me running everytime i heard it rofl. 😛
