Worst season so far

I do not understand why they would take a game that is already loaded with bugs and problems and make changes that just doubles the amount of them. It's like they want the game to fail.

I haven't played the pc version yet since my pc just went out, but on Nintendo Switch this is terrible!

First of all, every gun seems to have been nerfed BAD. The Flatline putters so slowly it sounds like a car running out of gas. I can't get one gun to have a mag that does more than 35 damage, Mozambique akimbo only did 16. Yet, everyone is killing me in 1 or 2 hits every match. First 5 shots of the Nemesis during a gun run did not even count, and on the 5th shot it started registering for the whole mag to only do damage in the 30s. It wasn't just me, my teammates had the same issue. It took all 3 of us just to get one kill since the two of them got one shotted while I emptied 3 mags into the guy. Horrible hit reg, and horrible anti cheat for allowing that many chronus zen "apex beam" program users.

Then, the UI is so bad I can't figure out my battle pass totals or goals for the day. Also, every match crashed at least 3 times and I had to restart the game. Thankfully it let me back in. Also, the new weapons bins make no sense to me. The scope is usually wrong for the gun and you get a low level attachment, the loot bin system is much better. Thankfully there is still plenty of loot.

To the credit of the anti cheat, in one tdm it did detect and remove a couple cheaters and put the abandon penalty removed message up because of the trouble. So, maybe things are moving in the right direction for tdms.

I wish they would revert the game back to season 19 and pretend like 20 to 24 never happened. This season is only serving to greatly downgrade the game and push it closer to the EoS. I hope when my pc is fixed that the pc version is better with the higher fps, but I'm not holding out much hope since problems on the console version are usually amplified many times on the pc version. Please fix the game so it is fair for everyone and easy to play.

Sorry to hear about your pc.I think they created this new weapon/shield relationship without taking into consideration the atrocious matchmaking in this game. If matches really were reasonably balanced then the differences would probably be a lot less noticeable. But in an environment where the matchmaking is so wide-range you just end up giving the pros and cheaters an even easier time getting kills off of the rest of us. I really don't care how this mechanic works out within a balanced lobby, but the problem is that this game has no balanced lobbies. It has full-on, no holds barred, unapologetic bronze-to-master matchmaking. The dev obviously had little regard for the lower tier players before this season. Now, instead of trying to protect or help them, they've decided that the best thing for everyone is to just throw them to the wolves. I'm sure the wolves will love it, but they better enjoy while they can because this game is rapidly approaching the period of its lifespan where normal, casual players are driven out completely. And then the wolves have no one left to feed on except each other.

I agree with everything you said except the guns being nerved the guns all feel good to me that could be a server issue on Nintendo switch I don’t know, but every gun feels usable, but yeah, the little weapon things everything else you said spot on

Yes, I agree with everything. And I will add that next season we will have one character with a pick rate of 25%+. Really? Did the previous season not give you anything to think about? You are masters at not being able to draw conclusions from the past...

I have a name for you for season 25... Attention! The name is "BALANCE".

And thank you for making each of my lobbies sweaty. It's nice to play. Your matchmaking sucks as hard as a baby sucks on its mother's milk.
