Wraith nerf

The devs say they will monitor it and see about bringing back her power in other ways later, but this is a huge nerf to this legend. Closer inspection of the changes show the hitbox has been extended...

@OldTreeCreeperI don't see much difference myself. She still has two get out of jail free cards. You wont die more because of this and her pick and win rate will stay the same. Why? A few reasons-

Wraith mains will not want to play any other character. They typically are the sweatiest of the sweats.
She still can phase away. Good players can still get away easily.
She can move her entire team without any of them taking damage.

The last one is the biggest thing for competitive. It is also why gibby is popular. Rezoning team characters are so valuable. If they want her to be picked less they need to make a legend that is similar.

@hayhor I can tell you that a couple of teams are already thinking of new combos without Wraith. Not saying they will not use her anymore, but they also never talked about removing her from the meta. I still think she'll be there, prob not on every team but the majority of them (and that's a good thing if you ask me).

@Cro_Pittt That is likely because last ALGS Rogue and Dropped got second without wraith on the team. They dominated qualifiers. They ran Horizon instead. Horizon gave them the ability to play low ground but gain height at the perfect time. Plus the guy running horizon said because the tactical doesnt make sound you can sneak up on people on height. Which is what I have been complaining about for awhile. Horizon is the only character in the game who's tactical is pretty much silent, especially from behind.

I think it is pretty awesome there are many legends getting usage now.

  When I see a pro team winning official matches with Crypto, Rampart and Revenant as a team, then I will be impressed.

    @KelRiever Revanent had a brief run in competitive before they nerfed using wraiths ult with his. One team in the finals actually used rampart for 2 or 3 matches. They did ok but then switched away. And crypto was used by multiple teams. A high quality crypto can make a huge difference.
