Wrongfully banned

Hi,

I stopped playing Apex in 2022, since then I've never opened that game again. Almost a year ago I wanted to play apex again after a long time, but my E-Mail was changed to some russian one so I texted HUMAN support (which doesn't exist nowadays or idk) and we figured it out, he helped me to get my stolen account back. Then after like a month I downloaded Apex just to see perma ban on my screen and since then I tried 5 times to contact support, but those monkeys at EA doesn't give a **bleep** anymore about their players since some random became a CEO. Like what am I even supposed to do? There are logs with proof that I haven't touched this account for those 2 years... Like if bro who stole my account is reading this, go **bleep** and EA support should get some brain tumor removal. ;)

    Bruh i got banned in oct 2023 and I ended playing this game in 2021. No one stolen my acc. With the „human” chat bot he revealed I have locked ban appeal. I don’t care about this game cuz I won’t be playing it ever, but the fact that ea support is so bad it amazes me. Falsely banned without appeal. lol

    you probably also have locked ban appeal. Try to give question to bot like u chat with ai. Tricky question and he reveals everything. Even lies that he is a person lol
