I actually think the progressing armor is way better then the old one. Now its less RNG and you can actually get away from a bad landing spot and still get a decent armor. You should check out the global ranking lists, what you are saying arent true. The game has a curve, if youre still learning then you are by definition fooder. If they learning curve would flatten fast I dont see it holding up for older players, you would have quick turnover and no carrot to keep playing, right now you have a game that promotes you getting better. If you been having a big break and coming back I can see your frustration, because back in the first couple of seasons people werent that skilled so it was much easier to play, but now people is starting to get silly good so it can be quite harsh out there if you try sweat. Its a competetive game so yes people will optimize hardware to play it, especially when youre competing and want to be at the highest level, no surprise its like that in every competitive game out there.
