Ping !!

Subject: High ping in Ranked on PS5 from Kangaroo Island

Hello,

I’ve been experiencing an issue since late January / early February with Apex Legends on PS5.

From Kangaroo Island, Australia, my ping is normal in unranked matches (~60 ms).

However, in Ranked matches, my ping doubles to 120–130 ms, making the game nearly unplayable.

Before late January, everything worked perfectly with a stable ping (~60 ms) even in Ranked.

I’ve checked my connection, and everything works normally for other games and for unranked Apex matches.

Could you please check if the Ranked servers for my region have been moved, or if there’s a server or matchmaking issue affecting Kangaroo Island?
