Hello,I have an issue where my EA account is linked to separate 2 profiles on my Xbox. This issue has been going on for a while but I never noticed it until the Cross progression merged the 2 Xbox accounts on my EA account. My EA account which I use for Apex is merged with my wife's Apex progress(linked to her Xbox account:ladiiphresh305) and we can not play at the same time. Since cross-progression, all of our game progress has been merged into my EA account. My wife has a separate EA account that needs to be linked to her Xbox account.I need my account EA account iPhresh7 linked to my Xbox profile: phresh714 and my wife's EA account ladiiphresh1and her Xbox account ladiiphresh305.Please feel free to reach out if more information is needed.Thank You!

Heya @iphresh7 Usually it's not possible for 2 platform accounts of the same type to be connected to the same EA account, except for older EA accounts as this used to be possible a while back.Since these types of cases are quite uncommon, the best thing you can do is reach out to EA Support and hope that they'll be able to help you out.More information on how to get in contact with support can be found here: [EA Help] | How to use EA Help

Hey, do you think you could maybe help me figure out how you fixed this? I contacted the EA support team and they said they are not able to link accounts, and the only way would be to delete the account and relink them to two different accounts but I would lose all the progress me and my brother have on the one.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use. Not all options give a chat option though so if it does not use the following steps.

Select the Games tab

Select EA App

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option

Hey! I had to select an option that gave me chat as an option and told the chat agent what i needed. They were able to separate my wife's Xbox profile from my EA account but she lost 2 years of progress in the game, all skins purchased and she was close to getting her free heirloom. Which sucks and there’s nothing they can or will do to fix that.

Hopefully your situation is better but I honestly don’t even want to play the game if thats how the loyal player base is treated.

How do I get ahold of support. It doesn’t allow me to! There is no unlink option under linked accounts to remove my son, so I need ea to do this for me.

How did you fix this? My son and I are having the same problem. It merged us and now we both have issues trying to play at the same time. Heck he can’t play at all now. It says profile is already logged in when I have my Xbox turned offf!!

@iphresh7 I can see in the image that an account is logged in. Make sure no account is logging into the help site when you follow the steps.
