Apex matchmaking error

My account just got unbanned recently as it had gotten hacked, and I had to recover it via EA and change the email of the account. In addition, I realized that the person who hacked my account (I don't know who it is) I am not sure if this has anything to do with the bug or not.

The bug itself is after getting my account back 2 days ago I just tried yesterday to play on my account and in any game mode it only says the words "matchmaking..." with no other text appearing and an infinite loading time with no match ever starting up. I am not sure why this occurs, but it seems like some sort of shadow ban or something of similar nature. I know there is nothing wrong with my network connection or computer itself because none of my friends have had this issue and I made an additional account just to test if this would happen on this account or all accounts and the newly made account was able to find a match in ranked once I reached level 20 along with trios and duos. If I switch my account to trios, it says the same thing of the text "matchmaking..." and then says 1 player in queue which is impossible. I waited for hours and the game still never queued me into a match. Not sure how to fix this or what is causing it. I reached out to EA via support chat, and they were convinced that it was my connection but once I mentioned that I tested this on another account and it didn't happen they suggested I asked on the bug forum so here I am. I hope there is a solution for this. I have tried on both EA and Steam to find a match but no luck. Thank you.
