Apex Banned while out of town?
Hello,
EA recently put an Apex Legends ban on my account. The ban occurred while I was traveling. I have the game on my Xbox, PS5, and recently purchased ROG Ally. I believe that while I was out of town, I either updated the game or did log on briefly on the Ally. Then about a week later I go to play on the Ally and it is “unable to connect to server”. Behold, I check EA and I have a ban that occurred while out of town. When I learned of cross progression coming I got super excited and am now just extremely stressed out and annoyed with this whole issue. I have spent serious time and money on my Xbox account which is linked to my EA account. I was super excited about all my progress finally being transfer to my PS5 and ROG Ally. Now I am unsure if that’s a possibility. There is no notes stating a reason for the ban. I have disputed it 3-4 times and each one is declined. I have tried contacting EA support via chat and no one is able to give me a reason why. I feel helpless and the EA help/support is completely useless when trying to figure out how to remedy this situation. Overall I am just super stressed out with trying to figure this out. I can’t even relink my platforms to a different account without risking losing all of my progress. Something needs to be done about the way they go about things. If someone in a similar situation could offer guidance, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
