Hm, bad situation indeed.

You think anyone could've used any of your accounts to do some bad things?
Or you recall doing weird things when you were back home on Apex?
Also ROG Ally has AMD Processor right? Bit of old news but people were falsely banned by the AMD antilag+ feature but im not sure if that's even an option on Ally (Also Im sure they already patched that but who knows)
Heck even Linux users were falsely banned one time.

That being said I don't think anyone can really help you? I've heard numerous similar posts and it's just boils down to "contact EA support"

As for the xprog. I think your account will be able merge everything expect stuff from banned account.

Definitely sucks a lot! But no I have never done anything to cheat or anything like that. I believe I logged in and maybe played one match but I just played as normal. No one has access to my consoles at home as I live alone. EA really needs to figure this out. It makes their players who are wrongly accused, feel like they don’t matter.
