Apex Legends crashes mid-game with no error message

Apex constantly crashing around mid game. Game freezes then crashes, no error message. Just shuts down. On Xbox one s

Also how do I open a case? The option is nowhere to be found.

Same here I have an Xbox one and I havnt been able to play comfortably in plus minus 2 months the game freezes then kicks me out mid game to the main menu
