Event Items Issue

I was recently playing Apex and unlocked a free event apex pack for the 6th Anniversary event. I got exotic shards from it and another legendary item (a frame) for Pathfinder. I continued to play a few rounds before spending the shards on my heirloom when I realized, the game never gave me the items I unlocked. It was still marked as collected within the event itself but I never got to see it or use it myself.
