Badges not working (solved?)

So I think I have an idea why badges are not working. It’s the Rampart R301 blocking them (which I read somewhere) but seems maybe even if your team mate has the one that boosts health. 

 I’ve got damage badge on other characters but denied my 4ks with Crypto twice. The first time I had to pick up the R301 cuz no ammo, so wasn’t surprised. But very disappointed the second time I got 4k because I didn’t pick up the gun.. I don’t know if my team mate did briefly but I did not notice. I killed a lot of ppl that had R301s though so it’s like harder to get the badge even! Please can I have, I been working so hard 😅🙏
