apex legends data lost

Hello, its been 3 months since my account was reset and Ea help wont help me. all my collectibles are gone and my account is level 1. I have more than 800 hours in this game. I am on pc. My username is sarinahnah. I have not used cross progression. While talking to the support team they were able to see what items i had but they are for some reason not able to restore the account or something. they keep closing my tickets without solving the issue. please help

    It looks like your account was affected by an issue back on April 2nd.
