cross progression apex issue

Question

When my Xbox and PC accounts merged in Apex Legends, I only received those old pack skins, and not all of my other skins. Did this happen to anyone else, and did you get the rest of your skins back? I will include a photo of the packs im talking about.

To confirm which platforms progress and skins are you missing? (Xbox or PC?)

Also to confirm was either account previously linked to a different EA account?

@EA_Illium&nbsp;I am missing my Xbox skins, all my PC skins stayed. I also have no knowledge of either account being connected to a different EA account. This is my only EA account.

EA_Illium&nbsp; hi uh is it to late to respond to this? i deeply apologize, i didnt see a response, the username is BobbyGoesOk, i remember having the Friendly Fire pathfinder skin, and the war machine pathfinder skin, also remember having the hellcat skin for wraith.
