after choosing the option to see the fps I reopened the game.
my account was reset when I re-read ..... I didn't find any unusual writing like a banned account reset. it has only been reset to my active cowardice, which if I remember correctly is 41

I also spent some money to buy skins

please help me restore my account

Same issue happened today here.

From level 50 to level 1.

Seme issue here! 
I was level over 70, and I also had bought some content in game and I had over 40k Apex Tokens. 

Now all data wiped, level, coins, badges. Please fix, because we also have spent some money on it. It it real bad situation.

I was a level 79 and I was reset to level 1 I lost all my characters, skins, stats and I have to redo the training

so what can we do? i am back to level 1 too

I'll be quick with this. ever since i updated the game to the new april 2nd update, i lost everything in apex legends for some reason. I have no skins, no levels, i just got sent back to the very start, and i'm honestly in tears right now. I don't wanna lose all the progress i made on the game, and i don't wanna lose mirage (because like i said, i lost everything, including the unlocked hero.)
Please someone help me with this, i'm really losing my patience.

Just sat down to play some Apex, and everything is reset? What happend? Lvl1, and battlepass lvl 1? pls fix this.

All my skins, and legends are also reset.

Same here, I just updated the game and my account got reseted. Level, legends, skins, curency, EVERYTHING is gone.
