Apex Legends Level Reset & Server Maintenance [FIXED]

new update deleted my all progres,i dont have level,skins,and everything

same here whole account is resetted, no battle pass no skins nothing @respawn better fix this

I just want my progress back.  If it were any other game,  I wouldn't be angry, but this is an online battle royale and I've invested too much time in this.  I just want my * back, Respawn.

I just tried to use a config in an attempt to fix the consistent crashes and unlock the framerate. Once I entered in the advanced startup options the game initialised an update and once I booted up I find that my progress has been completely wiped. Level 1, no skins, no new legends, nothing. Is there a solution to this as I really don't want 120 hours to have been for nought.

Hello, I just logged on today, after download a new update (03/04/2019). To find ive been reset to lvl 1, from over 30. No longer have any skins or anything, my purchased legend is gone. No craftable material. Nothing except 5,000 premium coins (I’ve purchased more than this in the past....). HELP.

I turned on my computer and opened origin to check if there was an update to Apex Legends. There was, so i downloaded it and launched the game once it was finished. After the game launched and loaded, it said something about me being a twitch prime member and i got the pathfinder skin and 5 loot crates or whatever. When I closed it, I saw i was reset to zero and I had to do the training from when you first get the game. I relaunched the game multiple times and even reinstalled it but doing this resulted in nothing. I was level 51 and it sucks that I might have to re grind for all the kills and xp I lost. I couldn't even imagine how someone with a battle pass would feel if this occured to them. Hope this issue gets fixed and I get my stats back so I don't have to regrind for all my stats and level.

Me too .. lost all skins and medals / track I even have to do the training first before playing .. wtf is going on 

So i just made a topic everything was gone after a update of 3/4/19 On 19:00

My level my battlepass lvl my legendary skins everything.

The only thing i have left is currency.

This post was going hard, A good message for EA and they removed the post!!

What are you doing EA??
