Apex Legends takeover Error 1000

Apex is working fine on ps5 on my main user account but on ps4 on my secondary account stays on retry screen with can not connect to ea server...i tried start verfication which i imagine would go to that email address for that user on ea but never get a verification email... what can i do to access apex so i can keep all my stuff.. I've played on this same account before with no issues now it wont load.....HELP
