Redeemed Apex Legends Lifeline Edition DLC, but Missing Items – Need Help

1. Where did you redeem the code?
2. What are you using to launch Apex Legends?

I redeemed the code in the EA app. I’ve tried launching the game through both the EA app and Steam, but I still haven’t received the in-game items.

Avishaglevi  I also have a question, if that's okay:

1. Where was the code purchased from? (Such as Walmart, Target, etc.)

im so sorry for the late reply but i bought it from eneba but the code itself is good i see it in the account

Avishaglevi​ Eneba is not a trusted retailer, (as such the code may be fake, had been used, or is disabled by EA).

I suggest requesting a refund from Eneba.
