[April 2nd] Lost account progress

I was just chilling in where you select a game mode and my level got reset to 1. After one mintue my acc then got to lvl 119 (I was around lvl 250) and my rank had been lowered, I lost my heirlooms, skins and legends!!! What do I do?

New split update just came in and with it, cross progression notification poped up. The problem is that I have lost so much of the stuff I've had (Skins, level, even progression towards breakout event challenges. Already completed all 4 legend challenges, as well as gifting some items). What is this and what is the reason behind it? Please let me know that's just some dumb bug and I'm getting all my stuff back....

Hey, I just merged my steam account with my old ps4 accound and now i lost everything of the last season, including the battlepass i bought and all progress i made this season. Furthermore they took apexcoins off my account and i lost 40 levels. They took 2 legends i had already bought.

Just came to post about the same problem. I left a match, and my level showed 1. Restarted the game, and my progress is back at where it was when account linking was introduced.

I was getting off a match and my account was reset to level 1, my stuff was all there but the account was level 1.

I closed and opened the game and it showed the cross progression screen, which is weird cuz all my accounts are already merged, i merged my accounts again anyways and when I opened the game my stuff were all the but my battle pass is reset to normal level 1, i had the premium battle pass and was in level 77 i think, and all my challenges were gone too.

idk if someone can fix this but i would like to know what the hell happend. 

Looking for some help, after todays update im missing alot of my stuff, my currencies had been lowered, i no longer have the battle pass and im missing skins and such. Something with the cross-progression happened and im unsure of how to fix this. TIA

I have bought battle pass and today I have bo battle pass and coins neither. What' is going on? With rank split I have lost my money 

Hi everybody, i was just playing apex, after game i had a notification that cross progression is here etc. Then i noticed that i have 1 lvl (i had 370 or smth) and all of game modes except usual trios are blocked and it says oriental match. I restarted the game and half of my legends are unavailable, much of skins are too, i have 240+- lvl and so much less currency like i get my account as it was half a year ago. Please get my account back 😢

You reset everyones stuff to the start of the season and everyones stats and stuff they had brought or earned since all got reset. Wonderful job, least the events going well?

I send this message on the support after sending one in twitter/X, the last update (season 20 second-half, 02/04/2024) got my account and also a friend of mine rollback, i have loose around 80 level, all the skin i gained and my ranked is set to my old one in previous season, I loose all my quest that i have done with the battlepass that i have pratically finished, Can i received help from the support for me and my friend or at least a message if it concerns more player about what happen.
