[April 2nd] Lost account progress

i just got the cross progression notice again even though that happened in november and now i lost all progress from this season.  It shows 0 games, 0 kills

not to mention i lost all my points from the Shadow event.

All my progress have been resetted, bettlepass level, rank, and the legend that i have unlocked during the event....

I just got this issue but I always played on PC. I've had an Epic acc and now I play on Steam. Maybe that's the issue. 
All of my battle pass progress is wiped. I was at level 91 from what I remember last and I was Platinum but now I'm Gold 2. 
Also all of the characters I've unlocked are locked again and my skins and trackers are gone, too.
I don't know what to do.

apex player here. Just got the notification and I hit continue. Now, I lost everything. Battlepass is set back to zero. I was in battle pass level 80+. All my challanges have been reset. First of all, I only had 1 account. That was PC account. Now, everything set back to zero how to want me to play again that.

Just logged in for season 20 Rank split and it has wiped my stats for the season. I was Diamond 4 and now even its put me in Gold 2. I have also lost my Lifeline Heirloom has gone which i got last season.

Also my season 19 stats are incorrect.

I have apex coins missing and crafting materials missing.

Please can someone advise how to rectify this ASAP!

Been play since day 1 and never had this problem.

I started playing on my Xbox about a month ago, I connected my PC account for cross-progression. My account got reset back to where I started playing on my console in the season 20 split. When I was done playing the match I noticed my level had returned to lev 1, and I restarted my game. Then my account is back to where I started on the console. could you check if my account is saved on the server or not? I was around level 270. 

when i logged into apex it gave me the cross progression screen and i lost a bunch of levels some skins and some crafting material and apex coiuns also lost the battle pass and all my progress on it and lost all progress towards the reactive flatline recolor

Me too. Season 20 stats all reset. including weapon progression

I have the same issue. First I was at level 1 like I started the game today in reality I’m level 410. That fixed itself but I’m missing a bunch of stuff like you mentioned like the breakout legends progress and points and coins etc. I really hope this get fixed ASAP

I spent like actual money too. It just happened to me and I'm not sure what to do. Both my Xbox account and EA are linked but my levels battle pass and legendaries I've acquired in the past couple months are all gone.
