Battle Pass Ultimate+ Purchased but No Items Received

Hello! 

I was just gifted the Ultimate BP for split 2 Takeover and it says I have unlocked everything in the BP up until my current level (52), however the Items seem delayed and I have not been able to gain access to unlocked Items. This was also an issue when receiving the Beast Mode Event Badge (It took a little longer than usual to pop up on my screen that I have received it after a match). Please fix this asap, people are spending money and should not be having difficulties receiving things they have purchased off the game. 

(I have also uninstalled and reinstalled + restarted my console and neither worked; significant other also was gifted it and received everything right away).
