Spotlight Pass Bug
I recently bought the wraith spotlight pass and have completed every challenge but it doesn’t seem to grant me the “play matches as wraith” — “hear 10 warnings from the voices of the void” — “restore health as wraith” nor “spend 60 seconds in the void” which makes me unable to complete the pass…. So can I get it fixed or get a refundI cant cross progress my xbox account to pc
When i login to apex on pc it doesnt give me the option to cross progress and when i went to ea to connect my steam account (I thought it would fix it because i already have my xbox account linked) It said that my steam account has already been linked to my ea account for a different email and im trying to get cross progression because i have so much on my xbox account and i really cant lose it because i only play on pc now3Views0likes0CommentsWhat to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I see I have made a grave mistake trying to swap my linked Xbox Account to the EA Account I have on PC. I recently built a PC which could handle Apex much better and performing this action now forces me to wait 6 months minimum to be able to make progress on my primary account. We're talking 600+ levels difference and one account having all characters, various purchased skins/battle pass awards, and so forth... Would appreciate any assistance. I was trying to buy Apex coins on my account yesterday and i accidentally bought it on a wrong account ( had two accounts at one point, one for pc and one xbox). And I am trying to get a refund on it to buy it on the correct account but refund tool wont show that I can refund anything and getting to live chat is difficult. I have not used any of the apex coins on the other account (this account that is posting this). I bought through the EA store because steam wasn't authorizing my payment or it just wasn't going through to apex and this whole issue arose. It's known for us that you guys don't give a **bleep** about us here in SA — no portuguese voice package (even Apex Mobile had the balls and made the investment), no fixing queue, no regional prices (R$100 for a **bleep** skin), etc and etc. But c'mon now. Ranked is unplayable. We're either getting high ping servers or simply joining NA servers (200ms average). The bad state of your game here is the reflex of your mismanagement, Respawn. Hey guys, I've been struggling since the cross progression to get this fixed and it has been very disheartening to see famous Streamers regain their lost badges (ie. ImperialHal) yet I have yet to get any help. I've sent in 5 tickets to get some assistance on this and I need some outside help. I achieved Apex Predator in Season 3, 4, 5, and 7 and my account still has the charms and trails for those seasons. I DO NOT have the badges that go with them, and even the rank leaderboard drop down says that I was "bronze". I worked very hard to get that rank and spend thousands of hours grinding ranked. dont matter what i do i cannot contact them i do not have an active ban but i was banned before and than unbanned now im stuck in infinite matchmaking and was told they were the only ones who could fix it its been 3 months i still cannot play how do i contact them the “submit a report and we’ll” get back to you is a lie
