honestly guys the best thing we can do is stop giving them our money we just get bugs and glitches and they don’t try to help for fix anything they just send us to AI and solve nothing 😂 i’ve had the same currency not loading bug for weeks and no one is helping or fixing and i just bought apex packs and battle pass just to not have access to either nice stealing my money.I got hacked and ea chat could not restore my account.
I am so frustrated with the fact that a resource at ea could not escalate my ticket to assist me further. I provided them proof that my account was now level 1 and I was not the day before. Is there any senior resource at EA that could potentially be able to ask me questions / receive screenshots so I can prove that my account was hacked? On April 2nd my account encountered a very serious bug that limits my access to only the ready up tab. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. Please help if you can.Insane Packet Loss When not hosting
My fiancee and I play on Xbox, myself on Xbox series X and her on Xbox series S. Ever since the server updates, anytime we play, the person not hosting suffers crazy packet loss to the point where you play for one second and Rubberband backwards for 3. We both play in the same house on the same Wifi, both Xbox have ethernet plugged in, and we both have run network test with 0% packet loss showing on either. We also play other games like Marvel Rivals and Fortnite with no issues, only seems to be this game. Any help would be appreciated, we miss playing everyday lolApex Hot Drops
Everytime I go to purchase the current octane bundle in my hot drops shop it says "SERVER ERROR (An error occurred on the server. Please try again later) but I've been trying for a couple hours with no luck. Any way to fix this? My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. I've read everything on this and cannot find a reason why this happens. I gifted my friend the wraith tracker that's currently free in shop, when he tried to do it to me it hovers over my name and claims ineligible? Can anyone help i really want this tracker before its gone tuesday
Old account deletion to unlink my xbox account
A few years ago, I had linked my still used Xbox account to an old EA account, however that email is no longer in use since I have moved on to a different email address and cannot remember the old password for the account. I just need that account deleted or unlink my Xbox profile so I can link it to this new EA account. Any help would be great.
