Hello EA Support Team, I am the player Ripper7533, and I’ve been dealing with a NET Code issue for more than an entire month with no solution and no response from your side, despite my repeated attempts to contact you. Honestly, the level of communication and support I’ve received is completely unacceptable. It makes no sense that a player suffers from a technical issue that prevents normal gameplay for this long, and yet I don’t receive any updates—not even a single message explaining the delay or whether anyone is actually working on the problem. I expect my case to be taken seriously, because this level of neglect is affecting my experience with the game and my trust in your services. I want a clear and definitive solution to the issue, or at the very least an official response explaining why my requests have been ignored for an entire month.
