Lobby bug, Currency -9999
new season just started and I’m a new player I haven’t completed my roadmap to play ranked and I played a couple of games before my game’s lobby won’t let me access anything other screen other than to change game modes access setting, my inbox, the challenges and the friends list. I literally was backing out of a game to buy the battle pass actually so I’m just trying to spend my money here. Oh and my currency is currently wigging out with all of the staying -9999 and a white bar moving over them. You can’t see the last 9 in the picture because it’s moving back and forthRanked is not Unlocking for a buddy
I had a friend recently get into apex and had to complete the road to rank challenges to play ranked with us. After finishing all of them it is stuck at 2/3 and won't update with all of them finished. If any knows a fix I'd love to try something. Attached is a screenshot showing the problem.
50 Apex pakcs lost.
The new season started a few hours ago. I tried to open the game a few times, but it gave an error. I tried everything, and finally, the game opened somehow. I decided to open 50 Apex packs and boosted it with 75k Legends tokens. I opened the packs, and a few seconds later, it gave a “server error” message. I waited, but it didn't work. Then I joined a game, finished it, got my 50 packs, but it didn't give me anything.
About EA ban issues
Help, I found that an account I didn't recognize from a few years ago is linked to my Steam and it feels like it might have been hacked. After discovering this, I found that my account progress had been cleared. I asked customer service to help me recover it, only to find that my Apex account was banned. I have been complaining for years. Please pay close attention to this message. I really need help. I keep saying my account has problems. Since you know there is a problem, why not help me solve it? I also said that my account was indeed hacked. Because my account was hacked, there must be a problem. Why do you knowingly allow this? So you still did nothing and just went through the motions. We have always been supportive players in your game, right? If this attitude continues for a long time, players will suffer huge losses and eventually disappear.
