Lost skin and other ideas
I logged into Apex after a while of not playing and noticed that some of my skins, emotes, banners, and weapon skins were missing. But not all of them were missing I still have a majority of my skins and weapon skins. And I still have all my trackers and badges. It seems that only these specific items are missing.

I was concerned about the poor image quality and stuttering when playing Apex, so I checked the file integrity on Steam and found that 10 files were missing. Redownloading it fixed the problem, but it's likely that the problem will recur and I need to clear my PC's cache or unnecessary storage space. Since I'm an amateur at this, I'd like to have an expert or EA check the cause. Restarting my PC, clearing the Steam cache, downloading from a different region, and reinstalling Apex didn't fix the problem. This started happening at the same time as Season 27.
Missing Event Skins and Gifting
Greetings. I've been playing the game since two days after launch. I have completed every event and received the rewards skins for doing so. I recently noticed that many of the Legend skins are now locked... what am I doing wrong? Additionally, I'd like to gift Apex packs to my son - particularly the Inner Beast packs - but I'm unable to do so... is that by design or is it a bug? Thanks in advance.EA support I am disgusted
I buy apex coins and they dont come into my account I look at the help page and it says wait a day or so so I wait 2 then i make a support ticket and im told to get a refund from xbox i tell them i dont want a refund and they said they cant do anything so i got to xbox support for a refund they say no as its an ingame currency they cant refund me and if i have not recived it to go talk to ea support so i go back on the ea help page make a case and the "chat to advisor" button Is disabled i then asked a friend of mine to check if its disabled for him and its not so wanna explain ea 87.99 down the drain I just want my apex coins like holy I showed them the proof of purchase needed like bruhUltimate battle pass split 2 purchased but not received
Yesterday when the new battle pass split 2 came out I bought the ultimate edition for 9.99 and was charged on my card and received a receipt of purchase, yet no battle pass or the extra apex packs were added to my account. I’ve never experienced this issue with any game and support has been little to no help. I’ve paid for the product so it should be no problem adding it to my account. Please EA helplost all my progresses on apex psn account due to linking ea account
Ho, my name is Pietro i used to play apex a lot in the past, i’m talking about since 2020 to 2/3 years ago, i always played on the same account, my psn account (id: ninna2230), i was around level 400/450, had all the legends, a bunch of skins and stats since season 4. today i wanted to play apex again after a long time, so i went and reinstalled it, but when opening it i was asked to log into my ea account. personally i embee created one, so i did create one (this one where in writing from) with the same email that i used on my psn account with all my progresses, but then, after writing down the code i got sent by email, i received a message on the screen saying i couldnt log in in that account because it was already linked to the psn account (ninna2230, the account i was on while trying to open apex) so i went on the ea site and unlinked the two accounts (my storic psn account and my brand new ea account that i dont know how was linked to the psn account) to then log in form my ps4 in the screen that initially asked me to log into my ea account. so i put the code that was sent on my email in and this time it worked, it let me open apex, except for the fact that i LOST ALL MY PROGRESSES, i got logged in in a brand new apex account, level 1, no legends unlocked, no skins, all stats to 0. im beggin you EA, i need my account back, i played so so so much on it and i even spent money on it, and all of this seems to be gone now i dont know what to do, hope you will be albe to help me
