Paid for the voidwalker pack in store didn’t receive items in pack
As stated in the title I paid 100 coins for the voidwalker pack and I didn’t receive any of the items in the pack. Recieved a grey crafting material, an epic g7 skin which is not in the pack or weapons pack within the pack, and a horizon quip emote. Publishing this post the second time, cuz it didn’t solve for almost a week. This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like. I can’t access the store, the events tab, the legend tab or skins/weapons and nothing has worked to fix it (restart console, switch dater center, switch wireless connection, uninstall etc). I can play a match on any game mode but can’t access anything else and I want to redeem my event currency on the event shop. Hello, 3 days ago I was purchasing a voidwalker pack from the store which was discounted to 100 from 1000 coins. The game took out 1000 coins instead. I am missing 900 coins now.
