TOS needs better updates
What I sincerely appeal for is to urge the TOS team to treat all ordinary players more fairly. Nowadays, numerous innocent legitimate players across the gaming community have been wrongly and arbitrarily banned under the terms of service without specific reasons. They have no way to find out the exact violation details nor defend themselves properly. I strongly suggest the TOS team implement the following fair improvements: Inform players clearly of the exact time of the alleged violation, detected abnormal data and specific violation content, instead of merely using vague general labels.Establish transparent review channels and grant players sufficient opportunities to explain actual situations such as game glitches and misjudgments made by the system.Optimize the penalty mechanism, strictly distinguish real cheating behaviors from bans triggered by game glitches, and reduce unnecessary wrongful account suspensions. Please pass these sincere suggestions on to senior management and the Terms of Service department, so that more ordinary players can receive fair treatment.Guaranteed Heirloom not received

Based on my account progression, I have not received any heirloom shards yet. However, after reviewing my gameplay history, I have opened a high number of standard Apex Packs that could be exceeding the 500-pack guaranteed threshold. Here is a breakdown of my account progression: - Account Level: 128 - Estimated Apex Packs from leveling: ~64 - Battle Pass participation (multiple seasons with levels reached): - Season 19 – Level 32 (premium battle pass) - Season 20– Level 5 -Season 25 – Level 13 -Season 28 – Level 100 both splits (premium battle pass and ultimate battle pass) -Season 29 - level 39 (ultimate plus battle pass) I understand that not all Battle Pass levels grant Apex Packs, so I am not assuming exact totals. However, even with conservative estimates, I believe my total number of standard Apex Packs opened has exceeded the heirloom guarantee threshold. Went to log into Apex legends it promptly asked me to log into my EA account. Something I don’t ever remember doing ever since I started playing since season one. Earlier I bought an item on Apex Legends. It was a skin for pathfinder called “captain mech” which features a special animation. After that, I received an email saying that an agent was available. However, when I checked the support history, the agents only stayed in the chat for around 10 minutes before leaving and closing the ticket. I tried reopening the ticket, but the same thing happened again. Of course, I cannot constantly monitor random email notifications over the weekend, and there is no option to continue the conversation through email or another method.
