Did not receive Ultimate+ bonus content after upgrading from premium
As the title says. I didn't get bonus content like the 8 packs, 1,200 crafting materials AND I didn't get refunded 950 apex coins for spending on the premium pass originally. I purchased an ultimate+ upgrade from xbox for 50% off, it was on some sort of sale. I got the other Ultimate+ stuff like skins and 10 levels. I reached out to support and went through this matter thoroughly, gave them my digital proof of purchase too, they said they'll reach out to the team. They got back to me later telling me there's nothing they can do on their end and to just go make a forum post on this matter for attention...
Redeemed Apex Legends Lifeline Edition DLC, but Missing Items – Need Help
I redeemed a code for the Apex Legends Lifeline Edition DLC. When I check under the “Add-ons” tab, it shows that I own it. But when I launch the game, I don’t have any of the Lifeline Edition content—no skin, banner, or coins. I’ve tried restarting the game and checking everything, but nothing’s showing up. EA Support hasn’t been helpful at all. Has anyone had this issue and found a way to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.Abnormal Sensation and Aim Assist Issues in PC Apex
(Season 22 and Onwards) Since Season 22, I’ve been experiencing issues related to aim and sensitivity in Apex Legends. The symptoms occur both in the Firing Range and in actual matches. It feels like the sensitivity settings I configured change unintentionally—sometimes the aim feels unnaturally high, or it doesn’t respond smoothly as expected. These symptoms are inconsistent; sometimes they persist, and other times they suddenly disappear, making it difficult to identify the root cause. I’ve already tried everything I could—replacing peripherals (controllers, etc.) and testing across all platforms: PS4 Pro, PS5, and PC. The same issue appears on all of them. Current Setup (PC): CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Sensitivity: 43, Classic response curve, Detailed aim assist settings: On Due to file size limitations, clips showcasing the issue and my current settings are posted on Twitter at @sekoseko_1234. Please check there for more information. I need Apex to be playable again, especially in competitive situations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
i didnt received ALGS BADGE in game account
hi everyone i joined Challenger Circuit #2 and when it finished i didnt take the ALGS badge in my account in the game and i join the tournament with my team called : PHAROAS i was solo during tournament cause my team was not online in the same time and i want feedback to the BADGE and thanks <3
season 12 ranked badge and others still not back to normal after a year
I believe I made a post about this around a year ago but I have been missing my ranked badges ever since april of 2024, I have contacted support and tried everything suggested in the forums, logged into my console etc and still no luck on getting any of my badges back to normal. It seems that even when contacting support nothing can be done as they have referred me to the forums many times before about this issue. Am I just going to have to suck it up and forget about my missing masters badge etc? also is anyone else still having this issue in 2025? or is it just me.
