After not playing for a long time, my Apex account has become level 1.
I have been playing Apex for about 2 years. It's a great game. But in 2022, I stopped playing it due to personal reasons. Recently, because I have some free time, I plan to come back and play it again. But when I logged in, I found that my account had become a 1-star legacy item and all the skins were gone. I originally thought it was a problem with Steam, so I downloaded the Apex client from EA, but when I logged in again, I found that I was still at level 1 with nothing. Even if you log in to the ea and go into the linked account and press disconnect, it won't release. No matter how many times you press and repeat, it won't work. That doesn't mean that the connection to the counselor goes smoothly and doesn't always work. What should I doTerrible Support
I bought apex coins over a year ago and still have not received them. I bought them through the Microsoft store but when I logged in, I still didn't see them. Took forever just trying to get an email back just for the "support team" to tell me to restart and then log into the game from an Xbox. okay. I hadn't owned own an xbox as I switched to pc and so i continued to try to get even an ounce of help. I then got deployed and didn't have time to play, came home got married, and had to settle a few personal things out. Yet now that I have finally returned to the game I see my emails,(Still not replied to), and no coins on my account. Now im back a year later trying to get into contact with EA and somehow the support page is worse. waited 4 hours yesterday for an "advisor" and it said i had a 9 MINUTE WAIT... and then 10, 15, 8, 15. Try again today and the support page looks all fancy wooahh new colors yep still cant reach anything.

I use the Steam client and one day when I went into the game, my level disappeared (about 90-130) and all the statistics for all seasons. I thought it was a bug that should be fixed quickly, but no, half a year has passed, but my level still remained 5. I accepted this and started playing but it turns out that now I can't get rewards for levels (Apex packs and Legend tokens) I understand everything but I don't want to spend hundreds of hours to get nothing.
