Grand Slam heirloom in mythic shop but not available
the Galactic Games Event is over now and the Grand Slam heirloom is vaulted in the mythic shop but it's not available since it seems the event was just reset. It is still an event item and not attainable with heirloom shards. Is this intentional or did they just make a mistake?Apex Legend Editions - Codes Not Working

4k badge not earned
Hi EA, a friend of mine received over 4k damage in wildcard however the badge and damage was not registered on her account. She has been left rather upset about this having tried grinded for hours on end. Any chance y'all can confirm if 4k's are still earnable through the event still or have they been removed. And if not is there a way to help her. She has pictures of the damage done as proof if required.
Not being able to play Ash on pc (Steam)
I have unlocked every legendsin apex for at least two years now but im for some reason after a system backup I can't play Ash it's locked and I can't unlock it i thought other people were having the same issue but no it's only me I verified the integrity of the installed files but nothing do I need to uninstall and reinstall?I successfully redeem the Lifeline Edition but didn’t receive any of the items
Hello, yesterday i redeem the lifeline edition of apex which i had for a while and i still haven’t received none of my items in-game (the items im talking about are a Lifeline skin, badge and a banner frame with also 1,000 apex coins). I contacted support yesterday which I was told to wait 24 hours and if i still dont receive the items to contact support again. I’d like to have the items added to my account if possible I have screenshots to prove that ive redeem the code and bought the right items even tho the codes is old my purchase went through.Account deleted-need help
Submitted case #220568883 but was told asking the forums can help speed up the time for someone to reach out to me. Basically I have been Playing Apex Legends on playstation since Feb 4 launch until now. I wanted to play split fiction and it asked me to sign into my ea account blah blah etc. Well I didnt realize I had an ea account for my yahoo email and one for my gmail. None of my EA accounts were linked to my steam or playstation. So linked my ea account with my gmail which I guess was the wrong thing to do because once I booted up Apex Legends again on my playstation ALL of my data was gone. My kills, the hundreds of dollars worth of microtransactions and character unlocks etc. Is there a way to get this back? I saw that you can only link 1 email per lifetime so im confused as to what happens to all of my progress. Thanks
