No heirloom in over 500+ levels (Level 1908)
Hi team, I am posting to get support with not receiving any heirloom in over 500 levels. I am currently level 1908 // Tier 4, Level 408 and have not received any heirlooms in over 500 levels. I have since bought 100 Apex Packs to try and get an heirloom but have not received. For reference, I only have two heirlooms on my account and have spent $$$ to buy Apex Packs to receive these. Apex Legends crashes every time i get to the lobby or the loadingscreen
I have a really good PC, but ever since an Apex update about a month ago, I haven't been able to play the game. I've tried everything—fresh Windows install, reinstalling the game, verifying files, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, and pretty much every fix I could find online—but nothing works. The game closes every time I try loading in to the lobby or sometimes even while I'm sitting in the lobby. I've seen people say it's only an AMD issue, but that's not true also It triggers a close/crash when i change game modes or try starting a match. I'm honestly so frustrated because Apex is the only game I really play, and I've spent a lot of money on it. It's been over a month, and I still can't play. Has anyone found an actual fix, or can someone from Respawn/EA please look into this? I just want to be able to play again. Also idk if this is normal but R5apex.exe is missing and only the dx12-11 is there or whatever ive did so many this to get it back but nothing worksHaven't been able to join a server in over a year
My Apex account has been unable to join any server for over a year. The issue follows my EA accounts across Steam, Xbox, and playstation Brand new EA accounts work normally on the same network and hardware. My account loads progression, inventory, and the store correctly, but matchmaking and the Firing Range never start. The queue remains permanently at my party size. Anyone who joins my party and we queue is stuck at whatever my party size is (Example - 3 in queue) The issue began immediately after a temporary sanction expired (I also didn't actually do anything)
Missing in-game progress
I used to play Apex Legends years ago on PS4 and then on PS5, and I have a lot of progress, including Heirlooms and a lot of skins. I spent a lot of money on this, and then I left it for a couple of years. When I came back, I couldn't find any of my progress in the game. I have access to all of my accounts, but whenever I try to find my progress, for some reason I can't find anything. I tried contacting support, but honestly they don't even understand what I'm saying. Their English is very bad, and overall it has been a very, very bad experience. No one can help me with that. Honestly, this is a plea because I want to get back to playing Apex, but I'm not going to do that if I can't get all of my progress back. I think the issue might be that I connected my EA account to a different PSN account than the one I used to play on, so the progress is not there. Now, when I try to unlink, it says that an EA account can only be connected to one PSN account in its lifetime, and it used to not be this way because I used to be able to change EA accounts as I wished. Now I can't do that, and I didn't know. I'm in a place where I'm literally between a hard place and a rock where I can't move. I can't unlink, and I can't link my EA account to my PSN account. How can I do that? How can I restore my progress? I don't want to lose all of that money that I spent. Hey so yeah, since the cross progression came out a while ago, i tried to play on pc with my ps4 account, my ps4 account is currently linked to the EA account that I was playing with. I still have an esports app connection on this EA account, which is why im 100% sure about it. staff says that you must have your playstation account on the EA account you were playing it in order to have your items. Well guess what. My 4500+ hours. Multiple master badges, heirlooms, skins everything. My money invested is gone, and I can't access it. and support told me that they don't care, its in their policy... Hello? someone could help me out here5 squad ranked game with 7 people?
I genuinly have no clue why the game would be coded to prioritize fast cue times over game quality to the point where it will start a RANKED game with 5 squads, at least 3 of which were solos. I cued up and my first game on, and this happened, i was a solo and landed next to another solo, i crouched at him because i didnt want to fight and i just wanted to figure out what was happening. At some point someone died because it went to 4 squads left alive. After alot of wandering i was bored and when i heard fighting i went towards it, i saw two duo teams fighting eachother, eventually the fight ended and when i went in to try and pick up the scraps and maybe win i died lol, they were full health. Anyways this means that there was 6-8 people in that game, depending on if the first squad dead was a solo, duo, or trio. Respawn genuinely how the **bleep** do you manage to let **bleep** like this happen in ranked??? My ign is "Girthquake" if any ppl from respawn are looking at this and wanna know. Idk maybe yall can look into like a log of all the games and figure out what went wrong because wtf. Gained 42 rp tho😁 Also idk what to tag ts withHeirloom was auto redeemed
Hello. My game completely froze while I was holding 150 Heirloom Shards. I was forced to restart the application. Upon logging back in, my shards were entirely gone, and the server had automatically redeemed a 2-item heirloom bundle without my input. This was a forced transaction caused by a client-server sync freeze. I need my account logs audited and the accidental items rolled back so my shards can be returned My account suffered from a server-sync glitch / unauthorized access. My 150 Heirloom Shards vanished automatically and redeemed it. without my input or confirmation. I did not prompt this purchase, and I need this escalated to technical support to verify my server transaction logs and account security.Apex we have a problem
I’m a big fan, been playing since the game released, but I’m find it crazy how I’m just now finding this out, going through my skins, I take fond in the midnight common skin, this color is supposed to be available for each legend, but I found out that lifeline, the only legend without the midnight common skin, I and I was equipping every midnight skin on each legend when I found this, I would love to equip the midnight skin for lifeline.
