Paid for the voidwalker pack in store didn’t receive items in pack
As stated in the title I paid 100 coins for the voidwalker pack and I didn’t receive any of the items in the pack. Recieved a grey crafting material, an epic g7 skin which is not in the pack or weapons pack within the pack, and a horizon quip emote. I paid and didn’t receive a single item within the pack, I’d like my coins to be redeemed as surely this is bugged.Currency not loading and shop not working

This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I can’t access the store, the events tab, the legend tab or skins/weapons and nothing has worked to fix it (restart console, switch dater center, switch wireless connection, uninstall etc). I can play a match on any game mode but can’t access anything else and I want to redeem my event currency on the event shop. Hello, 3 days ago I was purchasing a voidwalker pack from the store which was discounted to 100 from 1000 coins. The game took out 1000 coins instead. I am missing 900 coins now. I am currently at 1150 coins and should have 2050. Please help. This was on Xbox series x.Though I checked on my ps5 and it is the same. This is on my ea apex account side. I'm at a loss as this is money taken from me.I tried submitting a case and was just told to contact chat. Chat told me they can't help and to contact the forums for a community manager. This is ridiculous. Please help me get my money back.Do better
you guys are no help all you want is money we can’t even enjoy the game or get reliable help from you guys we just want to have fun and play the game like right now my game is stuck i can’t access any tabs my and currency is just loading all i can do it change game modes and buy apex coins and i haven’t got help from anyone.
