Cannot view Seasonal, Legends, Loadout, or Store in APEX

New to the game and I'm assuming this is a bug but for the past three days I have not been able to view Seasonal, Legends, Loadout, or Store in the main screen (you can see that they are greyed out). Also, the APEX coins and crafting materials are all at -9999.

Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix? Please and thank you!
