HELP I CANT CREATE A CASE

im trying to dispute a ban cause my account got hacked but it says some message they they will contact me soon but no case is created i cant do anything i tried everything i need help

    Have you done this first: Recover and secure both your gamming account and associated E-mail account to include changing password and enabling 2FA?

    If not you need to do that before attempting to have the ban lifted. If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    After your gaming account and associated E-mail account have been recovered and properly secured you can the submit a ban appeal. If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    I already got acess back to the acc that is all ok but when for some reason when i am in the acc in ea help trying to create a case i get a message saying something about admins will contact you soon and no case is created

    and no case is created its not the browser its the acc i dont know why this happens

    then in that case I would wait for a reply. Do not create more cases as this will start the process over and block up the system. Please note that it can take up to 10 days or so for a reply.

    The problem is NO CASE is being made after getting to that screen. Normally it gives you a case # and when it does not show a case # it does not matter how many days you wait, no case is actually made. Its glitched on every browser, every computer only on this account and not on other accounts. It does not make any sense.
