For some reason every time I try to log into apex the press a screen I always press A and it does not work I have tired updating it uninstalling, I even bought a hole new Xbox and it still will not work it works 1 time then doesn't and no matter what I have tired it will not let me
roll back graphics driver to 417 if your on nvidia that fixed it for me.

I used DDU to do the same, along with the following steps outlined below and played last night with zero crashes and the smoothest gameplay yet. I'll start undoing some of the changes I made to try and pin point what my issue truly was.
I can't stress how much smoother the game ran though after making these changes, even while streaming from the same machine with a 3440x1440 output. I'd have to check other specifics with in-game settings but I don't think I even lowered the VRAM used.
Specs:
Try re-installing Origin in the same harddrive as Apex Legends, this worked for me. No longer any crashes without errors. :eahigh_file:

Try to put all options to max, if it works try to put ur options back 1 by 1.
I could'nt play the game yesterday, i put everything to max and it seems to work.
Sometimes my game just closes by itself. No error, no lags before.

I downgraded my NVIDIA drivers to 417.71 and the DXGI errors have stopped completely. NVIDIA 418 release notes even list this as an open bug.
this is the same exact problem that i am having and i was just wondering how any of these things would fix anything

I have the save problem as all of you . But even worse , beacuse of this engine error crashes aka device hung bla bla . I had my ban wait limit crossed into 800-over minutes .
Now let me make this clear for all of ya . If this system kicks me one more time , i am banned for 1000k-minutes. If this continues i will never be able to play this game with my old account. I poured so much money inside already... Why is this problem so hard to fix it . After all Apex legends crew you have money from our donation. If your devs cant fix data files, why don't you guys rent a coder that can fix it for you ? . I mean for 500,000 dollars would blind IT guy fix it right?
Please I need help with this problem . My next ban is over 1000 minutes and my father is not in Apex administration. I will never get unbanned :'( !
This is such a good game ,i been playing in from start . And i never had so much crashing like this ! Sorry about my bad eng , and please help me....
Edited: I done most of the things that were on google. Right now last thing i did was , changed my registry editor "TdrLevel" and before that i changed my profile.old and setttings.old.
I even have a solution for apex crew devs: You can make ranked system differently like in PUBG.
So that player can return to the game after he gets kicked by this error or internet connection etc.
If the player doesnt return in 5 minutes , he will get banned. There would be less people on this forums couse everyone would get back into the game and continue where they left.
