I have been trying to send a gift for about two weeks now to my gf. We are ea friends. Ps friends. And play the game together all the time. But when I bring up the gifting screen and search her it says user not found. Please can anyone help with this? All basic account requirements have been met.
JiMBOsLICE9312 I've seen a few other threads about this same issue and so far, I'm not sure exactly what the issue may be, other than:
- Players didn't add each other in-game, (platform friendships sadly don't count)
- One, (or both), don't have an account in good standing, (as in, had been banned, (or is currently banned), suspended, etc.)
- Platform username may be set to hidden, (see image below)

JiMBOsLICE9312 If you can't send gifts to other players, you either don't have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your EA Account, (you can try disabling and reenabling the 2FA), or your account may not be in good standing, (which would of been a result of a past ban and/or suspension).
If you have other players on your friends list who are showing up when you go to gift an item, try searching for your girlfriend by their EA ID instead, but if you had already tried that, then the problem may be related to her EA Account's standing, (which again would of been a result of a past ban and/or suspension).
If the problem wasn't due the 2FA and neither of you had been banned and/or suspended before, you may need to readd each other as friends in-game, (note: doing so will require the "be friends for at least 2-weeks" requirement to be met again).
