Ea account unlinked??

Yesterday i got kicked out of a game of ranked because the router went out for a bit, ofcourse i wanted to rejoin so i spammed a to hop back into the match as soon as the router was up again, it seemed like while i was spamming a, i had changed some settings(i think) from an xbox message(i think about my ea account or syncing) and i messed the settings up.

Since then i cant see challenges, passes, legends, store or my currencies.

Is there anyone who knows what might be the problem? I basically have done everything that came to my mind(restarting apex, xbox factory reset, deleting local save files from apex, to even redownloading apex) i hate this, someone help please

  • Do you see the currencies flash like in the image below?

    If so that would just indicate that the game is not able to connect to the item servers to validate your currency/items.
    How many hours has it roughly been since you've been encountering this? Personally I'd recommend waiting 48 hours tops, as it could be a temporary issue. (Especially if you can play matches just fine)

  • IShad0wkyan  As what XHelperZ had mentioned, if the tabs are grayed out and the currency is loading, that's often related to a connection issue.

    Although, there had been rare cases in the past where it was caused by an issue on Respawn's end, (which you can see an example of when that had happened here: Endless loading of the store coins | EA Forums).

    Furthermore, the only way to unlink your Xbox Account from your EA Account, (outside of contacting EA Support), would be through your EA Account's settings via the web, so don't worry, your accounts are still linked.
