Can not hear friends in cross plat chat lobby.
I am trying to play with a friend who is on ps4 i am on xbox. but i can not hear him in the lobby. it shows his mic, that he is speaking, but i can not hear him and he can not hear me.
Thanks for letting us know it's being looked at. For me it doesn't matter if I log in fresh or play all day, I have never heard a PS4 user once.
It doesn’t. This is a constant problem
Same thing here, quite frustrating trying to solo-queue ranked when you can’t communicate with your teammates.
I stream and I play cross-platform with my friend on x box, whenever i'm in a match or in the lobby on apex I hear him just fine but watching the video back hes oddly quit and i don;t get why? i tried to adjust the volume for my headset but that didn't help, if you have any helpful tips do tell. ( i'm ps4 btw)
I wish I would have an option on do I want to play crossplay or with another PS4 players.
Today I’ve played around 50 games and out of those 50 I have had player who could talk with me.
Please fix quickly or take it away until sorted.
So I think I found the solution. I have a wired headset and for some reason it was doing what yours was too. Then I switched my headset to the wireless ones and I was able to talk to him thru that headset. It sucks if that might be the problem but it worked for me.
